They said they couldn’t help me at the FedEx store I shipped it from to call customer service. I called customer service and they said they couldn’t help me either that I know have to file a case by opening up an account online. Not what I would call good customer service!!

Per Vans I was told this was the closest location to my area. I asked the guy if the item needed to be taped up in original box. He proceeds to *** with me and say the store doesn’t accept those because their device is broken. His tone was serious and said there was nothing he could do. I was pretty upset that I had driven over 20mins and wasted my time and gas money. As I walk away this imbecile proceeds to again *** with me and tells me to come back so he can scan the code. I became even more angry. I’m not a friend or homie for him to even think it was to joke with me. I had had a long day and the last thing I needed was some FedEx employee giving me a hard time. I told him he just made this the most awkward experience ever & I’ve had a bad day so today isn’t the day to get a chuckle out of me. Employees fails to empathize and offers a half-*** sorry. I can’t help but feel I was discriminated against either because I’m a female or because I’m Hispanic. I was the only female Hispanic in the building at the time. And to make matters worse, the other employees at that location also proceeded to engage in this unprofessional behavior. I would like an apology from this employee and their manager however I won’t hold my breath. Can’t expect much from minimum wage employees.
