The UPS location was not very policy but when I arrived and was greeted by the Manager she was very helpful in making sure my package was shipped properly and educated me on Fedex standards. Your worker put a smile on my face today with patience. Sometimes in todays world that is all that matters is the way someone responds to you. Thank you Fedex as you have now obtained a repeat customer
