I walked into the store about 9:50am and had to leave by 10:30am in order to get to an 11am press conference where the posters would be used. No time to spare! Anthony was working the store alone, juggling other customers and a stream of incoming phone calls. He worked quickly, solved formatting problems without complaint, moved efficiently between workstations (printing, mounting...), asked phone callers to please hold, processed other customers' requests... He was polite, no-nonsense, utterly competent. He made smart decisions throughout the process, and I felt confident I would walk out with what I needed and did not have to double-check things (and I was right about that). He was surely under stress juggling everything but didn't show it except in his intent manner. I felt very grateful, and have told 5 people about the great service I got at this store. Because of Anthony I will continue to recommend this store and FedExKinko's generally.

Waited 20 mins total. Bryan was super helpful and had me send the docs to the store email address and then he sent them to the printer. Very frustrating coming in to do a 5 min print job of maybe 10 pages, then walking out 30 mins later because the automated service failed. Really glad Bryan was there to help. He was super friendly and made the hassle a lot easier.
