    On 3/7/24 Tiya was having a bad day from the begining of opening the door,it was unlocked but the close sign till up i knocked she wave me in. came over to the counter. i asked if she was having a bad day all ready at 9:15am. telling me that who ever closed the night before wasnt from this location and messed up. i told that everthing would work out. I gave her a paper with the address and my id. she type in the information rung up the price, I was writing a check was told she didnt know how to process a check I gave her my credit card. I had a promblem scanning it, she showed me how. the transaction # 940390117476. 2 day delivery. I left the store. called the recipient. the 2 day late delivery was too late he needed it the next day3/8 he called the store asking to change to overnight, she got upset, she ended canceling [stopped] shipment, I went back to the store and wanted to get this taken care of. she let me know that my son was rude to her .I said didnt know what went on on the phone but really this to be taken care, she ke also the wrongpt complaining again reminder her that I wasnt have a good day either that my husband just passed. and I would like to get this taken care of. i was polite, but really needed to go. we changed the delivery she gave me my receipt, left, after telling her that we both need to start this day over and actually gave her a hug. I know that when the day starts out wrong that it gets worse, I was trying to settle her down. I hope that all her customers arent treated that way, she might find one not as kind. I was very shaken. Tiya is young , she has a lot to learn about people and the duties of her job, with proper training you will have a good employee. I wasnt as happy when I left there as I usually am. Oh yea the apt was typed in incorrectly. the new tranaction #940390119192 .

    Mandy was awesome as usual! I stopped by when she wasn't there and just left. I will always wait for her printing expertise! She needs a raise! It's hard to keep good workers like her around I hope FedEx is treating her right!

    Mandy is always amazing, however i have to say that i came in the day before for prints and there was a man named Will there that was very unpleasant to deal with. He did not acknowledge me, then got frustrated with me for wanting to pick up when he wasn't finished and then wouldn't tell me how long it would be to be finished for me. I sent the prints early morning, so there should not have been an issue when i was trying to pick up at noon!

    It was very efficient. She went to my car trunk because it was hard for me to carry. I have bad knees and she came right in waited, measured it and told me what it cost. And we were done.

    Mandy was incredible! She had several customers needing assistance at the same time and people waiting in line. She never appeared flustered and had the best customer service skills ever! She was curtesy’s, knowledgeable and patient with everyone. Make sure you retain her…..she’s a keeper!
