She was ver patient and coached me through different interfaces to make sure the image I wanted to enlarge was at the highest resolution and clarity. I was not sure my project was possible and Barbara helped me figure it out and get it done so fast. I was in and out in about 20 minutes and so happy with the results. I honestly didn't know if enlarging a small 1 x1 black and white photo to the 8x11 size would be feasible, but Barbara worked with me and gave me all her support and expertise and it all worked wonderfully. You have exceptional staff at the Green Acres FedEX office and I went there for that reason! Thank you Barbara, My dad loved his 80th birthday face cards that I made with your help! And your suggestions to use paint sticks was also perfect! You saved my *** doing this last minute! Thank you so much!
