Also, I received a coupon from completing a survey and couldn’t use it because I needed to spend $40. Who does that as a layperson? So, it’s really important to me that you know how excellent your teams are but I probably won’t complete another survey

She also remembers my name, greets me when I walk through the door and is already grabbing my product, and has a warm greeting for me. I LOVE picking up my stuff because of her. The service there is not very good, but I have been helped by Jared 2 times and have received higher than expected service! He is kind and he helps me accomplish my project without making me feel like he is annoyed to have to help me. I wish all of your employees were like him!
