    Needed to return a defective product. Had a prepaid label which your employee printed, and paid a reasonable amount for a shipping box. Prompt and friendly service. I had called ahead and talked to someone named Pat, who was very helpful. I don’t remember the name of the agent that actually helped me in the store, but he was friendly and easy to deal with.

    To be honest, I came for something trivial(dropping something off), I was greeted warmly and promptly. Pat, Ralph, and Zay(and Ryan, but he wasn't there) are all amazing(also Jordan, the Ground Driver who was doing the daily pick up).

    I called this FedEx location because it was the nearest one. Devon answered my call. I had a lot of questions because I never used FedEx for shipping, as we are closer to UPS. Devon was so knowledgeable and friendly the whole time. He told me he was going to prepare the shipping label and have it printed for me for when I arrive. I immediately comfort and security with Devon with handling this whole transaction and my package. When I had arrived, Devon immediately acknowledged me, grabbed my shipping label and walked me through the process. He even helped me with the instructions that the company I was shipping contents to have provided me with. He walked me through not only FedEx but also walked me through the instructions the company I'm shipping to provided me with. I will forever drive the extra 40 minutes to this location because of Devon. I even tried to give him a tip which he ended up declining. This survey was the best thing I could do to show my appreciation for Devon, and I'm writing it with the highest levels of appreciation! Devon is a Wonderful employee!

    The employee was very rude as soon as I entered the store. I asked if I could purchase a padded envelope to ship a ground package. He was very annoyed. Asked me in front of several people what I was shipping. It is jewelry and I did not want to disclose this in front of several people, but reluctantly did. He told me a padded envelope wouldn’t be a good idea because of potential damage. I told him I asked the jeweler how to ship back and they told me PADDED ENVELOPE. He was very annoyed by this and gave me significant attitude. I’m very concerned that the item may not arrive or may be damaged as a result of my interaction. Really disappointed with how that went.

    I went in the store to get advice on how I should print my poster as a display for my business. The associates were very friendly and knowledgeable. The store manager even came over to help make sure I got exactly what I ordered. It came out perfectly!

    The employees with whom I interacted were gracious and accommodating to my questions, concerns, costs, etc,--especially Pat. Whenever I experience quality service and support I believe those providing it should be recognized--they certainly earned my respect and while not a "betting man" I'd be willing to bet many, many other customers experience the same gracious and accommodating support!

    I stressed that delivery was needed by 7 am Monday. Paid $61.42, which includes “residential” surcharge. The recipient was in the residence the entire day Saturday, and tracked the package to Alexandria, where “attempted delivery” was noted. At NO TIME was text , phone call or Email left, stating that delivery was attempted. The package will not arrive now before Monday, yet I paid for Priority Overnight. If the recipient or I had been notified of unsuccessful delivery, they could have driven to Alexandria office in time to retrieve package
