My package was being returned tomorrow and a guest fed ex helper helped me when I am in this fed ex every week and the regular workers know me and NO ONE called but the guest employee based on where my package was about to be returned too. This is the 2nd time I have had a problem picking up from fed ex in 3 weeks. If it continues I will discontinue using Fed Ex.
