Eric was incredibly kind, welcoming, and ready to help me with anything I needed! To be quite honest, I was in a bit of a dilemma going into the FedEx; I needed 150 programs printed ASAP, as they were needed for a film festival that was happening that week. Eric was immediately ready to help me find a solution, and within 2 days, my programs were printed & printed beautifully! And - he did it with a smile on his face. He kept me updated every step of the printing process, and even packed the programs compactly so that it was easy for me to carry. Eric is not only amazing at his job, but he is incredibly warm and thoughtful, and I am glad to have been his customer. We worked with Eric last year for the film festival, and his services were equally as wonderful. We are very grateful for him, and we will definitely be returning for our printing needs.

I had an order that had to be printed in a time crunch, and Eric guided me throughout the whole process and did everything he could to get it printed on time, which he did. Eric is also very nice, and Eric loves bacon.

I have printed my family calendar at Kinko’s for many years ( 24 copies).. and for the past several years, Lisa was there to help me navigate any issues I had. As a matter of fact. Before I brought the calendar in to print, I called the store to check on store hrs…. and to say I had a family calendar to print. The woman who answered the phone said: “ Hi Ruth. I was waiting for you to come in. !” Lisa is a treasure. You r lucky to have her on your team. Give that woman a raise! Others at Kinko ( I remember Drew, also was very nice. But Lisa was my “guardian angel . “ Happt to be able to sing her praises.

He is a highly organized and helpful manager who has a great deal of care and concern for both the products he sells as well as the customer experience. He is the reason I continue to use fed ex for my printing needs despite the fact that there are closer competitors with easier parking. I know if Eric is helping me, it will be done on time and correctly.
