They are so nice and get me in and out quick. They always seem to stop what they are doing behind the counter and prioritize their customers up front. Many businesses no longer seem to care. Great consistent experience. Don't change please!

However, I just learned that FedEx is a supporter of ALEC and hence Project 2025 which seeks to dismantle the democracy of the US. This grieves me tremendously. I'd rather do business with an organization that is in full support of democracy rather than the secretive ALEC agenda.

Sara saw that I was having trouble, came to try to help me, then when we still were unable to get my document to print, she spent the time on the desk computer to access my document and send it to the printer for me. She was so patient, kind and helpful. She handled the whole situation with great humor as well.
