    Well I’ve been coming to this FedEx for a couple months and printing 200 double sided black and white pages for my business through the printer each time I would go and each time I would print the file out, there would be check boxes missing. First couple times I thought it was my file as I was told by the reps, then I paid to make sure it’s right, and after over 2,000 wrong copies I printed one out again and asked the nice woman behind the counter to print it and see if she gets the same problem. The problem was not there when she would print it so she would print them for me any time I went there because the problems with the printers. Today I came across Scott who charged me a surcharge for printing at the counter even tho I explained the situation and then when I brought it to his attention his only response was “yea”

    Ricky and Justine were beyond helpful to me and my mother. He helped with printing all our documents and shipping needs. Both were very patient and attentive. Ricky actually went above his duty in that he did catch an error in one of my documents and I was so appreciative. Great team you have working at this location.
