    My visit to the FedEx store was absolutely delightful. I was greeted with a smile upon entry. I noticed that all the associates were happy and busy helping customers. I had a special need for a dear friend, who had lost her sister recently. Michael and team went above and beyond to help me with a poster. The print was beautiful and high-quality. I will tell everyone who needs printing service that this is the only place to go in these hard times people are stressed and sometimes not so kind. But this was not the case on the visit to your store to sum it up Pleasantly surprised

    I can’t begin to tell y’all how much help this service and specially this AMAZING location and team have been since my child was diagnosed with special needs. I’m constantly having to make my own printouts and laminate strange things to help us at home. Y’all have made this entire process so much less stressful. I can order online and this team is always on time and 99% of the time early. I come into the store and they greet me and help me quickly. Printing with fedex office is a total game changer. I can’t thank y’all enough.

    At 10:57am on 12/27 I dropped my package using the Ship and Go service. The next morning the tracking number reported "Package received after final location pickup has occurred." (Ref 788446351926) Not true! Unfortunately, the recipient thought I was responsible for the delivery delay. I went back to the store and discovered the shipment was still there because no one checked the Ship and Go box the previous night. (I spoke with a manager and she confirmed this.) There are 2 problems here: 1) obviously, the box needs to be checked before shipments are picked up. 2) The tracking system needs to report when I scanned the shipment in, NOT when a store employee scans the shipment into the system.
