    Carlos was excellent I was dreading to go in because last time the gentleman was rude. Carlos was so nice and made some jokes along the process to make me feel happy to be there.

    As I walked into the store AB greeted me and told me that if I needed any assistance to ask him. As I was about to use the copy machine, I noticed that I could only use a card to pay for copies. I asked AB and told me, not problem, that he would set it up for me and after making copies to pay cash for the amount of copies that I had made. Out of five employees working in the store that evening AB was the only professional to greet me and to offer his assistance as he was working on a shipping crate. That's what I call service and professionalism. Thanks.

    The cell service now requires a predetermined amount that you agreed to use while using the service station. As soon as you enter that session if you do not finish on time your job and all your work is lost. It is very hard to determine how much time you need especially the first time you’ve used a system like this. And even once you know, it seems that the system supports the company instead of the customer. The transitions from website to website were extremely slow And the time it takes to get your copy from the copy machine to sign a document to scan it to send it to attach it to an email is very difficult to determine. I can tell you that after using FedEx before the system and using it now I’m paying much more money now which I feel When multiplied by all the customers that are using the system and its current way that you are making much more profit from customers using the cell service system, which in my opinion is not right or fair.
