One of the associates was extremely busy so he stepped away. We were unattended for almost 10 mins. Which is understandable but other customers were in a rush. The lady (African American with a mask on) proceed to say “who’s next!?” With a attitude . Each time getting louder. We couldn’t hear bea side of the mask. Once I proceeded to the station, I greeted her and she ignore me. I had my I’d ready and because I was ready with it, she said “I’m not doing that yet” she then says “where is it going!” I replied what info would you like first (name, address, etc. she replies “ALL OF IT” . . . After she try to come off as assertive , she forgets that I asked for a $200 value cover. Does not apologize for this or for us waiting. As I’m walking off and verify the receipt again and take a pic of it, I can hear her being condescending with the next customer because he was Asian and couldn’t speak English well. . . Who wants to return to a ship with a employee like that??? And I love you guys, I ship strictly with y’all but this lady needs better customer service.
