He was very attentive and seemed like a spectacular team member. He was outwardly concerned with how the error reflected his store and FedEx as a whole. His efforts were reassuring and I wasn't even the one being assisted! Oscar helped me with a passport photo - nothing major, but he was quick and very friendly. While I didn't have much done during this visit, I was really happy to see how well both of these two conducted themselves. I will certainly be utilizing this location more often in the future!

I was doing front and back and it wasn’t lining up and he went above and beyond helping me get it right. I would highly recommend this store/ him. He was so helpful!!!
