He was super knowledgeable about the shipping process & explained exactly what I should expect. I was sure he had been working there for at least of couple of years but when I asked he told me about 4 months. I couldn’t believe he had only been there for such a short period of time & to be as helpful as he was. Being a business owner who truly appreciates great customer service, I told him to reach for the stars because I can tell that he’s gonna be successful in whatever he chooses to do.
