    I was at the hotel during the week for a conference. Rudy was amazing each time I visited him for help. He was patient, accommodating, and clear with the information he provided me. It was my first time shipping the package and scheduling a pick up from Fed Ex. He walked me through how to create a shipping label and reassured me his team would handle my concerns. Our package came apart during transit and we lost our power cords for our light up booth. Rudy let me borrow his power cords so we could exhibit properly. This was a huge help. Maria ( I beleive was her name (she worked Friday morning) was very helpful and talked me through how to create a label to ship out our case. She was diligent and most importantly had a positive attitude. For pick up we needed to tape our case together so we would not lose anything else. The gentleman responsible for picking up exhibitors items and taking them to the dock was also amazing. I told him our case came apart during transit and he stated that he could shrink wrap it for me. This was a huge relief as the items in the case were over 3k. His communication was amazing and he did everything he could to ensure we didn't have any further issues. I am unsure what his name was but he was working Friday morning and had the complexion of someone that would be latino. Amazing guy. The team at this Fed Ex Center had the best attitudes despite the busy-ness and everyone helped me in different ways. 20/10 stars for this location.
