She carried the package for me to the counter and said "Let me get you a receipt" (I already had the prepaid label on it). She was very nice and personable - even laughed at my lame jokes. I was in customer service for 24 years and I could tell her warmth was genuine and that she truly enjoys helping customers. A great representative for your company.
