    Great service by Mr. Leon. He was very professional and sufficient as well as quick service! I would rather do my returns/shipping via FedEx rather than UPS. He was very friendly and can’t find that customer service elsewhere.

    I shipped a guitar today. Leon went above and beyond. He loosened the guitar strings so they wouldn’t break and made sure everything I shipped was wrapped well. And, he was so patient, kind, and friendly.

    I came to the store for what I thought would be a simple self service print. The machine had trouble downloading my PDF file document, so Brad was quick to notice and come over to help. He worked diligently, trying several different things to get it printed. He truly went above and beyond to get those 33 pages printed! He was also extremely hospitable to my toddler, even going to find tissues for her nose when I didn’t bring the diaper bag into the store thinking we’d only be in there a minute. Then after I finished filling out the document, he helped me scan it back to its destination. I cannot say enough good things about my experience, even though it took longer than I originally anticipated. I rate Brad’s customer service a 10/10!

    I had a big last minute printing job for work. I arrived 30 minutes before close frazzled and stressed! Steffie went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed in a timely manner.

    Gracie and Kevin are the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! On Wednesday, I sent them my PPT slides that needed to be put into a sprial bound book - I told them I needed the books by Sunday - they said no problem. They were actually done on Friday. Throughout the entire process Gracie and Kevin were a breath of fresh air to work with. Throughout the entire transaction they kept me in the loop and were just so nice. You are lucky to have such wonderful employees. THEY ARE THE BEST and I will ALWAYS use this location for my printing needs! Thank you again Gracie & Kevin! Y'all are the BEST!

    I came in during a high traffic time. The line to ship was about 10 customers deep and there were people utilizing self service and assisted services. Leon was assisting guests in the ship area and I was the only customer in line at printing. He made sure to acknowledge me and let me know he would be with me in a moment. When a transaction ran longer he made sure to check in and let me know he would, still, be right with me. Once he was able to break away he came to my aid and explained everything to me as I really did not know what I was needing or what everything meant. A lot of times you’ll see employees get flustered during a rush but he remained very calm and patient with me as I tried to make my decisions. I come to this location often and I’ve never been met with such customer service as I was with Leon. He truly went above and beyond especially considering it is Holiday and peak time for business. In my opinion, Leon truly exemplified your companies values and image. As someone who’s been in retail management for over a decade I hope you recognize Leon and his commitment to a quality guest experience. I appreciate him, his time and knowledge and will continue to be a returning customer with much thanks to him. I hope he sees this and his employment is valued. It’s very hard to come across people who genuinely care these days. Thank you!

    I think you should know how wonderful Kevin and Gracie are - I have to print 244 PPT slides and create 30 books from those slides, I need them by Sunday. I called and talked to Gracie and Kevin and as I am in a panic, they calmed me down and said they could get this done and ready for me by Sunday. I can't thank them enough for keeping me in the loop and assuring me this will be done. They are wonderful and I appreciate them so much. They are wonderful at what they do and the customer service at this location is outstanding! Thank you Gracie and Kevin. :)
