He was extremely helpful and patient. I asked if he wouldn’t mind updating me on the order if the print looked high quality. He followed through and called me. When it was submitted to production, on his own doing he called me. I greatly appreciated that. I’ve used this FedEx location now 3 times in the last month. Ricardo has helped me each time. He single-handedly is the reason I’ll continue to return. The print quality is great, but the customer service is even better. His patience and ability to be genuine in helping is refreshing. He’s earned our company’s business.
