When I got home I sent the final insturctions and PDF File and LaVante took it from there. She even followed up with my Intermountain Health discount which I wasn't even thinking about. My outdoor poster is beautiful and is going to last a long time on display. I really appreciate the expertice and the transition of consistent cusotmer service from Ethan to LaVante. I got my order sooner than I expected which alleviated a lot of pressure. Truly a 10/10 experience.

I was at a couple of printing stores but nope, it can't be done. Posters are big! So,I went to one of the FedEx Print store but only does 27" lamination. Oh, so close! The nice thing was the FedEx representative redirected to another location that have the services for big posters and lamination. The next day, I called and talked to "LuVann." She answered all my questions and concerns, even confirmed the services can be done. Great news and no more driving around! Also, she informed me in advance of the situation with the lamination services. We discussed and agreed no problems. I arrived at the store and met with LuVann. She has an outstanding customer service skills. On the phone she is sweet, polite, and showed great patience. In person, she is above and beyond! Her knowledge and expert skills saved me time with this school project. Please, give LuVann a great reward. "Things went so smoothly and I thank you so much."
