    My package needs to be recovered. I have a copy of the Transaction Record (my receipt), which indicates ID#271161208558 was scanned on 2/20/2024 at 12:37 PM. As of today, 2/21/2024, the package is not in the FedEx system. Chris at FedEx Office, 2110 Crystal Dr, Arlington, VA 22202, nor FedEx Customer Service provided a rationale for where the box is. I now have to resign, re-notarize, and resend the closing documents. The closing is now postponed.

    Jasmine was extremely helpful and very professional. She’s only one person though and had to be interrupted by other customers making it a longer and more difficult experience for me…. I had another errand I needed to leave to do.

    I was worried that I'd use up my whole lunch hour shipping a package for Christmas, but the ladies were so kind and efficient they had everyone moving in and out quickly while being so warm & gracious. I will exclusively use this FedEx location from now on for all shipping items! I was so impressed by them - really felt like the holiday season!

    VERY upset to find out about huge price difference between ordering online and in store. Should be the other way around, if I choose to take the initiative to visit the store I should not be penalized with a much higher cost. This is especially important in a location you are unfamiliar with and unsure of online services.

    Gianna helped me locate a lost receipt and was so helpful and patient. She had to send it 3 times because of my email blocking it, and I'm so grateful for her time and kindness! Six weeks ago I got materials printed in-store. The staff was very helpful then as well, but I lost the receipt and needed it for an expense report. Gianna went above and beyond to get me what I needed.

    Ray was excellent! I had to print some invitations and then mail them out to 8 different addresses. I thought it was a lot to ask but Ray was patient with me, explained all of my shipping options and took care of the whole process with a smile on his face. I was having a frustrating day but Ray helped make it better. It *** that Ray is leaving FedEx, they are losing an AMAZING manager and such a pleasant person! Thanks again Ray and good luck to you in the future!

    Ray was very friendly and helpful - he even stayed a few minutes late after store closing to help complete the order, and then had it finished before his initial proposed deadline!

    I was impressed by Ray's calm and professional work ethic. I was one of four people in the store who was being helped and Ray was by himself, as he was helping me he was able to expertly assist the other three customers in a professional and expert manner. While assisting me he had the other three customers ask him questions while calmly assisting me with an international envelope of an address that we both were trying to make sense of. He was able to complete my transaction while successfully assisting all other customers simultaneously. As a Construction Manager myself, I was impressed with Ray's communication skills and handling of overlapping customers varied needs, while making the store by himself.

    Top notch service from Gianna Price. Her communication to provide me insight on pick up time changes, alternations needed to a print, and as well as showing all the prints upon pick up arrival — she went above and beyond. This is my first time utilizing this specific print center and it will not be my last. I am grateful for her attention to detail as all of the prints requested were/are to launch a business. I will most definitely be utilizing this location and look forward to creating a bond with Gianna as well as the rest of the employees at this location because they’ve gained my trust. As a designer it’s amazing to see the finished project show up from a digital proof to a real-life printed detail! Thank you for your immense help, Gianna!

    My company had restricted purchases on my card. Gianna and Ray Kelly worked with me with grace, excellent service, and moreover, patience as I sorted this out on my end. After multiple tries and visits, my company figured out how to allow me to charge. Really exceptional service!
