I was not looking forward shipping these boxes as it was something I already had crossed off my list with the truck. With no time left, I decided to transport them to FedEx myself and just finish the process. My visit was a 10/10, Chris was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient and made everything quick and simple. He helped me with lifting and stacking the boxes and remained attentive and productive even while helping a less experienced team member navigate an issue with their customer’s need. I usually go to the Federal Triangle FedEx but I’ll make the trip across the bridge again in the future if this is the type of service consistently provided at the National Landing location.

I have a copy of the Transaction Record (my receipt), which indicates ID#271161208558 was scanned on 2/20/2024 at 12:37 PM. As of today, 2/21/2024, the package is not in the FedEx system. Chris at FedEx Office, 2110 Crystal Dr, Arlington, VA 22202, nor FedEx Customer Service provided a rationale for where the box is. I now have to resign, re-notarize, and resend the closing documents. The closing is now postponed.
