Was doing self service print and notice how Valerie was multi tasking doing her job and greeting everyone who came to FedEx

I have been using Fedex services for years and I always return to the store on Southpoint Parkway. The stall is helpful, courteous and knowledgable.

Christina greeted my wife and I as we walked into the store. I needed to print out five pages of a very important document and we had never used the machines before. She offered to help us immediately and when a question came up that she was unsure of., she immediately turned to her coworker, who she referred to as the expert who had taught her everything and said that she, Valerie, would be able to answer any of our questions. Valerie was able to determine the issue with the machine almost immediately and then went back to working on something else while Christina stood there, and walked us through all of the steps from start to finish. If she walked away at any time, she reassured us - She would be right back and to let us know if we needed any help in the meantime. Honestly, the entire process took longer than expected for us to receive some code that needed to be emailed back to us but other than that, the entire experience was easy and with the staff welcoming help, we were able to get what we needed and get out the door in a very timely fashion. I’ve gone to similar locations/stores where we would have to wait for several minutes just to get an employee to notice us and come over to help with any issues after we had to ask them to specifically do so. That was never an issue with this group of employees who were always aware of what was going on and extremely helpful. It wasn’t just that they were helpful, but it was that they were happy to help and not seeing it as just “doing their job”. They seemed to work as a team together very well, it was a very unique, dynamic group, that you don’t often see, but makes you want to be a part of, sort to say. I would just like to thank/acknowledge the management for picking such a diverse and unique team who is enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that their customers receive top-of-the-line service. I will definitely be back to this location and my wife was equally impressed with Christina’s patience, respectful demeanor, and overall cheerful manner. It’s not often you see employees acting in such a way that makes you feel so welcome - not just a burden to them for needing their help. Thank you Fedex! We will be back!

Christina was taking care of me, smiling as soon as I walked in the door and welcoming me forward, asking how she could help me today. It was such a pleasant surprise compared to other businesses you walk into these days who act like you are simply a task or annoyance just to be there. I was shipping a package to Texas and I needed it overnight but the cost was extremely high. Christina immediately offered to grab the “expert“, Valerie, who could help to make sure that she was getting me the best price. They tried a few different methods, and we ended up with pushing my sisters box a couple days out. They were both so pleasant and informative. Watching their interactions made me feel like this place operates more like a family, in a good way. Letting me know exactly why the price is so high and how I could keep it lower in the future was very informative and helpful. Their interactions with each other were great, joking with each other and myself (in a professional manner) which definitely lightened the mood with myself and other customers who were around. Several times Christina reached out to other customers and made sure that they knew they were not forgotten and would be helped shortly. This FedEx location makes you feel more welcome then other businesses I frequent. Every time I come into the store I enjoy my experience, always greeted with the smile and a welcoming face, and I know that these employees truly care about their customers who come in the door. I look forward to my next visit!

Both Jamie and Valerie provided excellent service, and I'm happy with my final product. My only dissatisfaction was with the cost of my print job. It was way too expensive.

Even though I am just a small time customer, Jamie always treats me like I am valuable customer. And I really appreciate the fact that you almost feel like you are part of a business family.

I try in English because they help en espanol. Visiting with cousin. Need to ship important boxes. We Go several places with no help. We go to Fedex and man helps us, but we go to check another place. We come back and he has Cristina help to speak and get information. Both people very nice, smiling, working fast because it late on Saturday. Yo pienso, without them, we could not have sent our to boxes. One to my cousin son in Florida. Who is very excited now. There was a small morning rush but nothing too outrageous, and the associate kept their computer the entire time. When it came to assisting me, Jordana answered every question I had, calmly and exceptional.

Love dealing with FedEx Office. All the associates are friendly, helpful, informative and professional. I highly recommend using the Southpoint Pkwy store in Fredericksburg, Va. They make you feel like family…something that is missing today in businesses❤️

have been to several feedex locations, by far the smiling ladies allways greet me with a smile and quickly get me on my way, staff and customers seem to really like this location

The employees at this store are like a family. They are always welcoming and provide perfect service. The only thing that would make the store better is if the new kiosk for self service was in a better location. It blocks everything and it's truly in the way. This DOES NOT reflect on the customer service in anyway.

I very much appreciated and valued the service that Valerie provided me today. Valerie was very busy and all by herself but never once did I sense she felt like I was bothering her for such a small job that I needed done. Instead, she took the time needed to understand my requirements and gave me much assurance that she would complete the task as quickly as possible. The end product was very professional and just the high quality product that I needed. It was a joyful experience today

Christina cheerfully greeted me when I walked into the store and asked me how she could assist? Christina was very, very helpful and I am grateful for her wonderful attitude. These days most other service personnel seem to be annoyed with the bother of customers. However, Christina was perfectly pleasant and made my visit to FedEx a wonderful experience! I will return to FedEx and expect to see Christina as a Manager.

My visit to the FedEx store was as well as could be expected. The manager, Jamie, acknowledged me as soon as I approached the counter and offered to help me. She patiently and efficiently processed my printing order. Because of the complexity of the order, it wasn't ready until the next day. When it was completed she called me to let me know I could pick it up. The final product was professionally done at a very reasonable price. I always am satisfied with the service that FedEx provides.
