    The service I received was a model of excellence! I submitted a print order to the Tower’s FEDEX office with specific instructions on specs and pick up time desired.     I am currently at the federal express store to print, my first receipt is from problems that I had, I’m having difficulty with the printer, and I asked for help when there were only two people in line, the lady said she will get to me currently there has been eight people in line, that has been waited on and as I look right now there is Five people in line I am still waiting to be helped, I guess the people who pay for packages get priority, I’ve been waiting for over 15 minutes, the person is aware that I need help, but is waiting on other people,

    Jasmine was quite the multi-tasker, servicing a print client while assisting her colleague with incorporative QR code. She walked me through self service which was definitely not working for me so she ended up handling the print job herself. I mailed 2 packages and did a print in less than 5 min in a busy store. Excellent employee that you should definitely cultivate for further leadership opportunities.

    The lady that assisted me was very nice and appeared to be the only person at the location that was fully trained in all areas. When I arrived, there were 4 employees present, 1 left at 6pm, 2 were trainees that could only help with limited functions, and unfortunately had to frequently interrupt the one lady that was trained for assistance. There were apparently some commercial clients that arrived prior to me getting there at 5:20pm. This location is not staffed to handle commercial clients!! I waited over an hour for service - I had a pre-labeled, overnight delivery, that has to be handled by an agent, otherwise I would have used the kiosk. I wouldn't use FedEx, but the company we conduct business with requires it. This is the 3rd time in less than 2 months that I've had a similar experience. Ridiculous and unacceptable! Kudos to the lady that held down the fort for you - if I'd been her, I may have quit. I hope she's at least compensated accordingly - she deserves it and you all are obviously making a profit!

    store experience was ok, but you failed to deliver the package on the noted date; ie it was a week later. Thus the payment of $135.66 was excessive for the service. A partial refund would be in order.
