I arrived around 1:30 PM to get the print job, yet the job was not in ready and was sitting in pile on a work counter. I was in a hurry to get to the airport so just told them to box it up and did not inspect the job. Upon landing I inspected the guides and discovered that the coil binder was placed on the wrong side, rendering my user guides for customer delivery the next morning unusable. Additionally, a second document printed for this order (agenda/schedule) were misaligned/crooked printing and looked unprofessional. I needed to find a print shop open late and ended up paying for the same for less cost than FedEx, but at a huge disruption to my schedule. I informed the manager, who apologized, and said that it was a busy morning I am disappointed with this location and will never use it again.
