That said, the printer wouldn't produce comps that were aligned correctly and they couldn't be cropped without cutting off important content. Overall, I had to crop them myself and let the client know the alignment was way off. The employees were great but either didn't know how to get the equipment to print correctly or the printers themselves are very misaligned.
