The job was done quickly and fine, but one was damaged by cutting off a corner of the poster making it unusable for my job (strict guidelines in hospitals regarding signage). They deducted a few dollars ($3 I believe) from the order since it was damaged, but the cost of the poster itself was not reimbursed and equates to a loss that we paid for since it’s not usable. It didn’t seem like a great experience. They did offer to credit one poster to us if we ever use their printing services, but my company typically uses another print shop.

I was helped by someone named Julian who happened to be the assistant manager, but all he told me was to go to the computer and create my own poster. I dont know how to use computers very well and so i asked for his help, he told me its really easy just follow the instructions. I was at the computer for 15 minutes not knowing where to go or what to do. He never showed me where to click. I tried to wave him down for help but it looked as though he was ignoring me. I was frustrated and decided to leave. This is the worst experience i have had at any business in a very long time. If he is in management he needs to understand how to help people because clearly he cant.
