The two associates that were on staff today were very positive and went above and beyond and had very clear communication. I will say that in previous days and times that I’ve needed service I’ve been pushed to the self serve by Robert. I remember his name because it was a negative experience every time I’ve gone into this location. Robert has been very pushy about self service even when I’ve expressed that I want full service it is though he does not want to help me. It’s very offensive and it comes across very lazy.
