I had a tight time deadline, so was disappointed about that. There was no other customer in the store. The clerk was cold. No friendliness whatsoever and my attempts at engaging her were met with looks of disdain. Some of the bookmarks were not cut properly. I used FedEx because I needed the materials right away. I will not be going back to that store for a long time.
