When I said she was super knowledgeable of the device, she said thank you but quickly gave credit to one of her work colleagues that had helped teach her and called that colleague an “expert”. This showed me her humble nature and team attitude. Jamie was incredible. Great representation of the brand and super service minded with each customer that arrived at the counter.

I was shipping an expensive gear, and she handled it very carefully and provided packing and shipping options for me. I would go here again just to get her service.

Every time I've visited he's been the one putting out fires, helping the other employees with his expertise, and getting my requests absolutely perfect, even if I'm not totally sure what I initially want. He is so patient and kind, helping me make the most minute adjustments so the finished product looks exactly the way I want it to. He'll happily spend as much time as needed, while simultaneously helping the other employees, to make any adjustments I request. And he's so insightful that he can often show me what he thinks I'll want in the finished product and test it out right there in office. He's even savvy enough to fix whatever tiny mistakes or annoying formatting issues I bring in. Give this guy a raise. He's indispensable to this location and his expertise keeps me coming back.
