    The sales staff was amazing. I don’t remember the name of the guy who helped me the day I first came but he was SO helpful, patient, collaborative, and professional. John M. helped me on the day I picked up my order and he was equally as professional and helpful with some adjustments that needed to be made. Everyone is always great to me whenever I go in.

    I had a custom print job that ended up needing to be sent to another shop. John helped facilitate that and get my order in, even though he had never worked with an order like mine. He was super helpful!

    I arrived with 129lbs of music equipment to be shipped to CA. John, an employee 'in training' initially assisted. He was very very patient thru the process with me and the situation. This was a big task and I arrived around 3:45~ish pm which didn't give much time before closing. I would like to thank John and the manager Chris (who also eventually assisted due to 'technical issues') to being so professional. With my schedule and the sentimental/technical value of the equipment, My boyfriend who passed away in November, who is a prominent musician (from the '80s/90s) and on Spotify, the equipment is on its way to his music partner to complete the music projects that are still outstanding. And to boot... the music partner will receive the five, yes, five boxes of music equipment on Valentine's Day... what a wonderful gift for him. Deeply appreciate your kindness, patience and professionalism Chris and John. All the best to you both!

    I had to submit my order via email because it was a custom order that couldn't be done via the normal online ordering process. My order was expedited very quickly and I received a quote and an ETA within less than 24 hours. I got a notification it was ready. I arrived Saturday around noon to pick it up and it was ready and checkout was seamless, no issues. Chris was friendly and easy to work with.
