    The associate who helped me was annoyed and obviously unhappy to be there. He rolled his eyes at me several times. The amount paid for my print product was ridiculous and amount paid did not match the quality.

    I needed to ship a package after work this week. It was a simple care package to a family member in AZ who is starting chemotherapy on Thursday. I got out of work late yesterday night, but was determined to get my package in route. Since the post office and a local UPS store were closed, I decided to go to FedEx. The staff member was irritated that 3 customers were in the store close to closing time. She made a comment about “people coming in when it’s 6 minutes to close.” She additionally said “I want to go home too”. I understand first hand not being able to leave a shift on time. However, I assume this employee is actually scheduled to a time after close (ie: store closes at 7pm, employee shift ends at 7:30pm). Needless to say, I felt ashamed that I was trying to ship my package that night. One of the other customers actually verbalized that he would come back a different day after she verbalized her irritation. To make matters worse, the cost to ship my 4.7 lb package turned out to be $43 with a delivery date 7 days later. As to not upset the FedEx staff member, I chose to complete the sale. Any other time I would have cancelled the transaction and saved my package (and money) for when the post office opened. It is very unlikely I will ever visit FedEx again.

    This store is well run and a pleasure to ship from. I use a corporate account with the same from/to address. Other stores sometimes struggle with the labeling but never here. They are the best!
