Now, when I have downtown at work & am allowed to study, I will be able to. When I earn an A in this course at UWM, it will be because Brian was so helpful. I feel so much more equipped to excel as a returning student at UWM. Brian was courteous, professional, and cordial. I am very grateful for such exceptional customer service.

I had to make numerous trips and was treated horribly. No smiles or thank you and this was the same lady who waited on me each time l came on there. Last Wednesday, she was really rude and while l was getting my stuff together to fax, l had to ask her for help. She got really angry and rude. l had to make several trips and spent over $150.00. Last Wednesday, as l was leaving l went out the side door of the building. My shoe got caught in the crack and l fell down pretty hard. Thankfully, my brother was waiting for me and helped me up. I walk with a cane, and now, my ankle is all messed up.not one of them came out to see if l was ok or needed any help. The other worker was also rude and hateful and she is black. I will never step foot in their again and l have always spent alot of money in there. The Fedx l went to is on s.howell ave. In oak creek Wisconsin 53154. Thank you for the survey. From now on, l will go to the library.
