Luke and Shayla were actively listening to my issue and let me know they could reprint my order. Brian came along and reassured me that they could resolve my issue and apologized for what was wrong. Not only did they redo my order they had it ready earlier than when they told me it would be done. They didn't argue with me or make any excuses for the error, but the fact that they were so quick to fix everything is what I appreciated most.
