    Today and several times before I've come to ship items back to Norstroms, majority of the time the employees have been polite, helpful, nice and respectful. But when I have had the store manager Tobra (spelling could be wrong) assisting me or even other customers she has come off with very negative inpatient disrespectful attitude from the look on her face to the way she speaks to customers. This time I had a few items to return and was being helped by another nice lady but as the store manager walked over to the other register she in a low tone made some rude remarks about having to help the next customer. One of my items needed for me to buy a box to send it and at first i was just going to take the item home but returned and bought a box and put the item in the box there was no packaging tape for me to tape it. I communicated that to her and she made a smart *** comment back. Point is she is the store manager (not sure how) but she comes off very rude and disrespectful and like she is annoyed to do her job. Like i mentioned not the first time she has helped me or i have witnessed her helping another customer. But Im sure i am not the only customer to have this experience with her, I would hope that Fedex would want their employees and especially their store manager to represent the store in a professional and respectful manner. If she is unhappy with her job or having to help customers maybe she needs to find another job where she doesn't interact with the public just a suggestion
