    I was there when the store opened, well me and three other people. We were greeted with a warm welcome and he asked us how can we help you. Each person told him Ruben, was his name, their need and he directed each person where their needs could be met. He said to me that Will will be able to help you. I walked over to the counter and Willam said " Good morning, how can I help you"from that moment on everything was as smooth as a baby's bottom. Just great people here!

    This store is always amazing! I had a great experience with William on Tuesday 4/2...shipping a crazy Mascot head for a client that needed lots of TLC in packing out to ship. He gave me great suggestions and options to make the pack out safe and all the shipping options I needed to feel confident that our treasure would arrive unscathed!

    I arrived just before closing , Josh informed me that the store was closing soon , I told him what I needed. Two leases printed out , he saw that he could help and walked me through the process. He was helpful and attentive and knowledgeable about the process. He was calm and patient and quickly helped me navigate getting my forms printed . Without his help, it would have taken a long time for me to complete it in my own. Josh completely alleviate my anxiety about getting it done and I left feeling positive about my visit.

    Edgar helped me fax and it went all smoothly. Thanks to his assistance. I come here once in a while to fax and most of the male employees are super helpful. Except the older ladys, they always have attitudes. They need to retire orlook for a different job.

    WONDERFUL VISIT AT THIS LOCATION. TONEY AND YADIRA WERE EXTREMELY KIND PATIENT AND HELPFUL. I DO THINK THAT FED EX SHOULD UPGRADE THEIR SYSTEMS, SO THAT WHEN A CUSTOMER CREATES AN ACCT, THEY DON'T HAVE TO WAIT 24 HRS TO SHIP CREATE A RETURN LABEL AND SHIP ITEM
