My 2 year old just woke up from a nap so she was not having it! She would not stand still, would not cooperate, she was making faces! A total nightmare for a toddler parent. But Jessica was so patient with us. She was kind and friendly and gentle, I didn’t feel as bad for my toddlers behavior. Thank you so much for your service, Jessica!

To my surprise there was no long queue that is common during lunch hour. Then I was greeted by the lady at the counter with a smiling face as soon as I went into the store. She helped me with the right size of envelope, got me the quote, answer my questions and finished up with all the labelling and payment and receipt in less than 10 minutes. And again she gave me all the smiles as I walked away. I have been to Fedex quite a few times and this visit is definitely the most enjoyable experience.
