Cynthia was amazing she was so friendly and helpful answers all of my questions and provided outstanding customer services. She was able to resolved my issue promptly and had a solution. I an a very happy customer and will let others know what a great group of people working at the location in Livermore. Tyler and Loren were also very helpful and friendly when I walked in the location. They provided eye contact because they were helping other customers. But they let me know that I have been seen and will et to me as as they can.

But it’s all for my husband’s funeral for the next day.. Loren spent the whole day to make sure my posters were done and mounted correctly, even though I did everything wrong and made the project more complicated for him. Loren was kind, clear with answers, executed the job flawlessly, and just above and beyond. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.
