I explained in great detail to the manager on duty what I needed. The next day, when I picked up my order, it was wrong. Rajeev was the only person in the office, and although we had a line of customers, he was greeting everyone with a smile on his face. You could tell he was busy, but he kept his professional demeanor, and was kind to everyone. I showed him what I needed done, and he was able to help me and fix the problem. I would 100% go back to FedEx when Rajeev is working because he was professional, hard-working, and kind.
