Lana helped me out and she quickly corrected the issue. She got the size perfectly and finished the job really fast. The staff there is awesome, so I had no problem waiting. Would definitely visit again.

Very kind to the driver that was leaving for the day as well as the other customers. I normally go to UPS. I came to FedEx today because you all were still open UPS was closed. I will now go back to this location because of Charlotte and her help, attitude, and good nature. Thank you Charlotte

Charlotte really understood my frustration and helped me get creative with the packaging I used to minimize cost. She was so helpful and I enjoyed her sweet and helpful personality. We were totally on a team shipping back this product. I so appreciated her help and kind attitude. I loved how much she took the time and was willing to truly help me. Thank you Charlotte!

- Thursday, February 29, 20245 out of 5Rating 5.0I was on a trip in the area and stayed at a hotel near the fedex location. we returned home and realizedwe left my 3 year old daughters bunny bear at the hotel.( had since a baby) after contacting and dealing with the manager at the hotel for 2 days straight about getting it shipped. they had no answer for when or how they can do it. so I proceeded to call the fedex store located around the corner from the hotel and was put in touch with Jon Del Hoyo. manager of that branch. I asked if there was anything he could do and he proceeded to say he would go there himself and pick the bunny bear up and ship no problem. don't let this fall on deaf ears, that is about the best customer service or human kindness that there is. I hope this gets to a higher place and he gets the recognition he deserve. thank you Jon Del Hoyo. you save bunny for my daughter that will always be remembered by us

She was super nice and helpful, sorting out the problem in no time. Plus, she rushed my order, knowing I was in a hurry. When I got to the store, Lana had everything ready with a big smile. Her awesome service is why I'll definitely be coming back to this store from now on!
