I was expecting the project to take a day or two and he handled it right then and there. I was ahead of something for maybe the first time this year. It was a Christmas Miracle in March!

An employee at the store helped me scan the package into the FedEx system and then carried the package into the back of the store. Apple emailed me this morning to report the box arrived empty.
