When I told him how important my package was and I was worried I hadn’t wrapped it properly, he immediately alleviated my fears. I asked him if I could watch the package being boxed because I had to make sure it was properly done. He said of course and then diligently and carefully packaged my item making sure it was perfectly secure. I have never seen such a meticulous packing job. He was patient, polite and very helpful. Very impressed.

I prefer not to put my name because it is a business, I ask only put Company name, but she insits, I do not want to waste, therefore I let her put my name on the package. It does not make any sense, if my boss want to mail a package with his name and company name, does my boss need to be personally go to the FedEx and mail it himself!!! I told the woman I have done this before without any problem, did not need to put my name on it, but she does not listen, I feel like force me to give up my privacy. I have the right to keep my privacy... even though I am not afraid of put my name on it. Very ridiculous!
