After calling the Howard Street location in SF and receiving inaccurate information and unfriendly customer service, I gave the Embarcadero location a call and had an amazing experience with Angela. She was able to answer all of my questions and concerns, provided solutions, and was amazing overall. I will keep using FedEx based off of my experience with Angela.

She helped me resize everything; pick out a good card stock, and even showed me how to use the paper slicer to trim my pictures to size! I was way in over my head with this project but Angela was super patient and helpful; and really made me feel confident in FedEx’s full service printing. I have already returned to this FedEx to print more things because I feel like I can trust the staff and the store.

Harry in particular went above and beyond today to assist with me and make sure that my various print jobs were completed well in time despite how busy everyone was, listened carefully to my requests and finished the jobs beautifully. I love this FedEx office and use it for many of our print needs!
