He failed to discover a document, multi page document, that was a protected document, and was not possible to be printed as one large document for my hundreds of pages of documents, which interfered with proper placement of tabs for my exhibit binder. It took over four hours for me to re-organize the binder for a court trial. Furthermore, a second project that Patrick ran for me omitted a 45 page document that was critical to my submission to the court. I’ve paid thousands of dollars for Services at FedEx and I am asking for a refund for the poor products that were delivered to me and that were prepaid. I am extremely dissatisfied with the FedEx location on grand Avenue in San Rafael, California.
