    I receive packages from my company at this location. Staff is always friendly and helpful. On occasion I receive boxes that won't fit in my truck, I remove the contents and break down the boxes. If I can't fit the brokendown boxes and packing materials in my truck, staff takes them and disposes them for me. Great people at this location!

    First time customer when useing the copier to print from my mobile device,and needed more help but seems like there is limited attention to customer aknowledementdont know why there is 4 people just talking to each other instead of asking if i needed help ,had to let 2 customers behind me to access copier because im a first time user on the xerox copier not familiar on how to operate,so buy mistakei did two transactions of $4.04, no success with what i wanted to print, so i went next door to staples and the lady qith a smile helped me what i needed and handed me my printed paper in 4 minutes while i spent newrly an hour in front of the xerox copier there at fedex , so i want a refund on my debit card

    Laura was extremely helpful with my shipping request for multiple boxes to two separate locations to get gifts to my family. She had excellent customer service and was very accommodating when it came to having to reprocess my transaction on another system when I didn’t have physical payment. Really appreciated that she found a solution to help me get these boxes out.

    So far so good. Was also assisted from Matt at fedexoffice from city of Orange as the receipt didn't have the receipt code and the employee was able to help me with the discount code.

    Brandon was the worst FedEx office employee I’ve encountered. Extremely rude, unknowable about everything asked, and definitely should not be left in charge of any other employee let alone be facing customers

    I went into the store to ship out three items from a company that uses your service. Ashley was there and she was handling almost everything in that store at least 10 to 15 customers and she handled them so quickly and with a smile and was very professional not one customer was angry. All of them were talking about how great she was and that she was pretty much the only one at that store doing everything. She is a huge asset to your team and company that I would hate for you guys to lose her because she showed how valuable she is today.

    I was having issues with my shipping account online. For whatever reason, my cc wasn't working. Brandon at Store # 0317, location SNAK went above and beyond. Instead of having me wait 3 hours to process all 16 packages, he scanned them and then sent my business email confirmation of all receipts. Truly exceptional service. We will be back!
