    Greg was excellent. I worked with him on 2 major printing projects, many large foam posters and a huge print booklet project. Both times he gave me my many options to consider and gave feedback as to which would look or present better. He spent a considerable amount of time supporting me both in the store and online, and was professional, polite and expedient. I tried to have someone help me on his day off, but it was clear they weren’t as experienced as he was and so I had to come back when he was back on. He was very skilled and knowledgeable and trust that I won’t forget his name for when my next big work project comes up! Thank you very much!

    I needed a poster size obituary for a memorial service. I formatted the design prior. I arrived at the branch 10 minutes before closing. The associate worked with me on the correct printing material and began processing my order. Upon needing a deposit I discovered I had left my wallet behind in ny rush. He assured me it was no problem, instructed me to call in the am, or he would call me, and that would not delay the project. I called the next morning and provided a deposit. Although I was not contacted when it was ready, I confirmed it was indeed ready an proceeded to pick it up. They had lightened up an attached photo, then went over an beyond to protect the corners of the poster. So very satisfied with this interaction. Top notch customer service. I know, I'm a manager in a service industry as well.
