There were two employees behind the counter, no other customers in line, and neither employee appeared to be busy or otherwise occupied. When I asked for help, the younger employee just pointed me to the self-self kiosk. When I told him I didn't understand, he pointed to it again and told me to go there. I went to the Kiosk and was still very confused. I asked again for help and he yelled at me from the across the store to "just scan it." I tried to put my barcode in front of the scanner, couldn't figure it out, asked AGAIN for help, and he repeated his instructions to "just scan it" from across the store. At that point, the older employee came to my assistance and showed me how to use to Kiosk and scan my label. I was absolutely horrified and humiliated by this experience. Normally the staff at this location are very friendly and helpful, but not this younger gentleman. I can't think of a time I've been treated with such disrespect and disregard by someone in a customer service role.

They did not hesitate to just take care of me instead of pushing me off to do it myself. It was fast efficient and seamless. Highly recommend this location.

She was not only very friendly, but she went out of her way to help me with some things I needed extra help with and hadn’t thought of/prepared for. I work in the customer service industry, ship weekly with FedEx, and want to express that this location is hands down the best location I use for my shipping. And it’s because of the people there always working so hard to help me out.
