She switched back and forth between customers with different needs and really had this amazing 'can-do' attitude. I was very impressed. We need a Valerie at my office!

Josh greeted me at the door and went above and beyond to assist me while training someone else on proper customer service he confirmed with my name, asked for any further assistance and greeted me within 20 seconds of entering the store with a smiling, happy face, even though it had been over a week since I placed the order and forgot he was more than kind about the pick up service, and ensuring that all of my needs were met and that if anything needed to be reprinted, he would take care of it hastily the order came out perfectly, just as I needed for a big test and study group going on later today
