    Overall experience is good but there are too many clicks and things to do the self service printer. Especially if you were unable to bring a usb drive it takes so long.

    Moises and Danny went above and beyond to help me ship my packages. They were friendly and Moises even stayed later than usual to make sure my order was complete. I am so thankful for them and appreciate their kindness and professionalism.

    How can the manager not know how to print a resume from a USB. He just stood there looking at me. He asked another staff member to help him. The manager needs managing. Throw the whole store away. Get rid of Bo. Paying a manager that doesn’t know how to run his entire store makes no sense.

    I'd like to compliment one of your employees Ms.Paulette for the excellent service she provided me. Paulette was a marvelous employee who demonstrated the ability to have great knowledge and work ethics. She was enthusiastic to provide great customer service when I entered the store. It’s nice to speak to an employee who has been so proactive and respectful.

    Very good experience compared to other competitors and even other Fedex branches. I just had to print out some documents and ship them, nothing complicated. Paulette came and offered assistance as soon as I entered the store. While completing my self print transaction, she kindly and gracefully checked in on me to make sure I didn’t need help. At the cashiers desk, she assisted me with my delivery in the kindest manner. The customer service was absolutely unbeatable and 100% makes a difference. I never leave reviews but she was amazing and sincere so I had to do it.

    Everything was pretty good but after the transaction I requested an email receipt- when the FedEx employee scanned and sent the receipt via a copying machine I was impressed since I had expected if the transaction was still open that it would’ve been much simpler. I should have made the request sooner but the employee’s reaction was very professional and just really customer focused showing a level of customer service which was very heartfelt at my end.

    Paulette made all the difference. She went the extra mile to help us figure out how to print our label. This contrasted with the woman at the store at 1812 Adams Mill Rd.who was intent on not helping. Kudos to Paulette.
